lesson #195: life, or something like it
What a boring title, huh? First time I can't think of anything interesting to put as a blog post title. Oh well. I doubt anyone pay attention to titles, anyway. But I personally think they're very important. They kinda sum up whatever you're trying to say. Or at least, good titles do that. But enough about titles. So the musical is over. O-V-E-R. Phew. What a huge weight off my shoulders. For others who took part in the musical, they'll probably be feeling nostalgic right about now, but all I can think about is 'YES! My nights are free for Xenosaga 2 now!' That sounds kinda geeky really, yet also true. I might also be slightly busy coaching hip-hop back at NJC but that's yet to be confirmed.
Pictures from the musical:

Getting dolled-up backstage before the show. Mich, Kunz and me. We did our own make-up!

Shortly after the matinee show, we met up with Fen, Jess and Nicole. And also The Boyfriend, who was the bringer of that bouquet I was holding.

After everything is over... On the way back home. Took last pics of the fake eyelashes (they looked good and I was pretty unwilling to take them off, wish they were my own natural lashes!) and you can see The Boyfriend's arm to the side.
Three days of arduous waiting sometimes interrupted by dancing on stage are now over! Now back to the drudgery of work. Oh! Work is something I shall not even start on, because something annoying happened today and once I bitch I can't stop. Just like Pringles.
On an entirely different note, The Boyfriend asked me to write a lifestyle column for this new Assoc Publication thingummagick. It's a magazine called Accentuate, created especially for SMU Accountancy students. At first was going to write about nightclubs as per Jing's suggestion, but then The Boyfriend reminded me that the article has to be related to Accountancy students. Hmmm... Nightclubs, Accountancy students. Hmmmmmmmmmm...........
So now I'm writing about shopping instead. How to shop the accountant way, or something like that. But there is a slight problem associated with this topic. Writing the article would require field research *cough*, and that might turn out to be expensive.
